RS HOUSE

We revamped the first floor with a chic dining area, a roof skylight for ambience, and terrazzo for elevated interior treatment on the floor.

The design seeks to reimagine the layout, infusing the space with a colour palette and drawing inspiration from a monochromatic scheme for a mood characterised by simplicity in form.

Our emphasis on spatial dynamics led to a layout that maximises natural light and ventilation. A carefully designed bathroom featuring a glass door takes centre stage, enhancing the infusion of natural light into the space.

The homeowners embarked on a transformative journey to renovate their residences. The design was driven by a desire to reimagine the layout and infuse the space with a fresh mood, colour, and materials palette. The concept draws inspiration from a monochromatic palette, shaping the interior mood with a nod to simplicity in form.

Elevating the design on the first floor, we transformed the central garden into a chic dining space, enhancing the ambience with a skylight installed on the roof. In pursuit of a dynamic ambience, our design journey delved into exploring terrazzo, elevating interior treatments through its application on floors and walls. A transformative shift in design aesthetics unfolded as the original glass railing metamorphosed into a sleek combination of perforated metal sheet and black-painted steel. This alteration signals a departure towards a modern-contemporary interior style, redefining the spatial character with contemporary sophistication.

On the second floor, the residence comprises three bedrooms, with the most prominent one designated as the main bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom, enhancing functionality in its design. Embracing the challenge of enhancing spatial dynamics, we focused on optimising the layout to welcome abundant natural light and ventilation. In this pursuit, a thoughtfully designed bathroom featuring a glass door takes centre stage, facilitating the infusion of natural light into the space. To reach the mood, simple and modern objects are featured in the main bedroom using marble materials, a wood floor, and black-and-white colours. Integrating terrazzo as wall and floor treatments in the bathroom, we curated a harmonious design that offers a subtle glimpse into the overarching interior ambience. The other space was transformed into a cosy living area, embracing a minimalist aesthetic with a console and dedicated sitting area, adding functionality and style to the design narrative.
