LK House is a design proposal situated within an existing modern tropical structure. The interior extends the warmth and clarity of the architecture, introducing classic American elements to create a home that balances modern simplicity with timeless character.    





























Situated on an existing modern tropical structure, this home concept continues the architectural narrative by carrying the warmth and clarity of its exterior seamlessly into the interior world. The architectural language is already defined—minimalist, tropical, and restrained—so the interior is conceived as an extension, carefully complementing its architectural proportions and materiality.    

Classic American elements are introduced in response to the client’s preferences, adding a sense of familiarity, maturity, and quiet sophistication. Together, these influences shape a home that balances modern simplicity with timeless character. Warmth and serenity become the guiding themes, creating an interior that feels grounded, calm, and thoughtfully refined—an environment where everyday life is supported by design that is both beautiful and deeply practical.   Design Proposal for Private Client
